Food & Pub info
NOTE VENUE CHANGE!
This weeks run will be from the Golden Lion in the centre of Wrington and not the Plough. No hot food but they will provide sandwiches after the run (short runners dont eat them all!!) - I have ordered for 25 people at £2.50 per head.

The long run will be led by Justin Marshall
Long run - 7+3/4miles with about 95% off-road. From the village we head uphill on the race route but continue heading north to the woods around Goblin Coombe. There we will do a loop of awesome wooded tracks and paths before heading back the same way. There are a few technical challenges on the route, including steep ups and downs, rocks and steps. And mud, of course.

The short run will be led by Judith Chub-Whittle
The short run is to the east of Wrington. It’s about 5 miles long and consists of muddy fields, wet fields, the odd lane, some woods, more wet fields and a stony track. It’s not too hilly, so it’s a good recovery run or ideal for anyone tapering for Rok the Stones on Saturday. We will be crossing the A38, so Hi-Viz is recommended.
