Runners unite to save our off-road routes.

On Thursday, 1st October 2009 TACH took the campaign to save Bristol green belt land from The Coronation Inn, Dean Lane, Bedminster, across to Ashton Vale where they were met by an enthusiastic contingent of campaigners.
This was the second awareness-raising evening following the successful event from Long Ashton (see below).

On Thursday 10th September TACH runners were joined by Badtri, Nailsea, Portishead and Southville running clubs on a run from The Bird in Hand at Long Ashton.

Forty runners were lead by TACH's Chris Smart over green, off-road routes that are threatened by building projects. Lively discussions ensued over pints at the pub afterwards where Chris Bloor joined in, having taken the protest to a meeting at the Bristol Council House.
