Many of the TACH Training Runs and Races have incorporated parts of Bristol's Community Forest Path. Chris Bloor's recently-published book Crossing Boundaries uncovers a network of green routes connecting urban centres with the Path. Chris built up his knowledge during twelve years setting training runs and races for TACH. For more details, click HERE.

At TACH we recognise the importance of a good diet for training and racing, but one that includes the odd pint or two after a run. We even have our own resident dietitian, Sue, who has written two consumer-friendly books, Nutrition for Dummies and The GL diet for Dummies. She also reviews a hot nutrition topic every month looking at the facts behind the headlines. For more details, click HERE.

Note for Hash House Harriers: many of our runners are hashers who joined TACH to expand their running horizons. If you're a hasher who wants to get into racing then come along You'll fit right in!
